Join us on this magical island, where we will discover together how to draw and paint nature in its most basic form. It does not matter if you (think you) don´t know how to draw, here we will learn how to observe nature in a different way and discover how much can happen if we give a rest to our minds and just learn how to unleash our creative part. Yoga and Meditation will be the perfect complement for this adventure in nature.

13 – 17th November, 2019

Wednesday 13 – Sunday 17 November 2019 5days/4nights
Maximum 12 participants – Yoga suitable for beginners
Retreat in English – Languages also spoken by Paola Spanish, German & Italian

By Paola Beck & Destination Namaste

In the heart of the Mediterranean, just southwest of Italy, lies the French island of Corsica (also known as “Kaliste” in Greek, meaning ‘the most beautiful). It is a wild and untouched jewel just over an hour’s flight from Paris. As global travellers, we can attest that there is something magical about this place that leaves visitors in awe of its raw and powerful beauty.

Highlights

Yoga – Yummy Vegetarian Meals – Visual Meditation sessions

Nature Painting  – Meditative Walks with art as focus point

Art Theory – Sketching  – Exploring Nature – Tuning into your Creativity

Yoga is major plus in this retreat, even if you have never tried it! It will for sure change your life as it changed mine. I had no idea about what I was capable of until I started doing Yoga. We will also learn to meditate and connect with our inner creative self guided by a member of Destination Namaste.

We will learn to sketch and draw, from portraits to botanical illustration, as well as color theory and prospective as we hike through mountains in the search of the perfect landscape to paint.

If you have ever had the urge to paint or draw, but someone years ago told you you weren´t good enough, or if you already like to draw but you would like to learn new techniques, or if you want to experiment a new creative part in your life, come to this retreat!
You will go back home with a finished landscape painting and a bunch of sketches, drawings but most of all new knowledge and your head full of ideas.

Join us in a beautiful house with vegetarian meals and people from all over the world!
